The Many Uses of Roast Chicken

1. Leftover meat can garnish noodles, get mixed into salads, turned into sandwiches, thrown into stir fries.
2. Leftover bones can be turned into chicken stock - with careful usage, it can last two different kinds of soup.
3. Leftover gravy can be used to flavour soups, stir fries, rices and noodles.
4. Leftover fat skimmed off the gravy can be used to flavour boiled rice.

Roast chicken is wonderful!
