One Good Feeling Day

One poem.
Two poems.
Two. Two poems about deff!

Today's episode was brought to you by the number Two.

I'm really loving the new Yoshii Kazuya single. I think it took him two solo albums to get something like this out. But it's beautiful. And that's not even a pun. romantisttaste once did the great service of posting translated lyrics, and I think the Yoshii-san I liked for what he does with his poetry, what he can do with his voice, and what feelings he can put to music -- I think he's back. A song about simple likes, and simple peace, and wanting calm. "I want a happy new day, and a beautiful day. One good feeling day." Ah, it makes me happy to listen to, and a little sad as well, but it is that nice balance that makes his songs work. It's a great writing song too, so it's very handy for me to think to. I would put down pre-order money for any upcoming album. Since I finally have a situation where I can save a bit, I think I can afford it and a lot of backlogged stuff I wasn't able to get before. That's a lot of books and a lot of music. By next month, maybe.

I could feel the real Yoshiiさん even in album White Room, with good rock music + sweet songs... but you're right, the heart of Yoshiiさん is really open to the listener in Beautiful =D

As a bonus, he also looks really nice. =D
But this is true about Yoshii's personal work -- it is very interesting to see his personal thoughts come through. :)
I like your icon -- it's a very nice smile.

I think this smile is somehow soothing, isn't it? (^^)

It is. This must be the face people fall in love with. ;)
He's got quite a few looks (some of them are meant to be lusted after, aren't they?), but he has a very gentle smile. I think, this is my favourite one. :)
